Background: Leading UK Menswear brand, created by Oasis front man Liam Gallagher in 2009. Liam Created Pretty Green to address his desire for the type of clothing he has always loved.
Vision: To create and develop a traditional British clothing range based on the look and feel of classic rock-and-roll tailoring.
Signature style: Our Green Label collection is a reworking of traditional British street and sportswear styles through the ages, featuring polo shirts, jeans and outerwear. The Black Label is a premium collection of high end tailoring inspired by the looks and sounds of great British rock acts from the 60’s and 70’s. We have also developed a vintage signature paisley print to give our brand a recognizable and unique identity that we share through each individual product.
Influence: We look to the past for out inspiration, whether it’s the cult of the direct line back to the heritage of Rock and Roll, and recreate those looks for the 21st Century. Our collections have one foot in the past and one foot in the present.
Brand philosophy: To establish a very high quality brand that can capture the hearts and minds of a generation with its attention to style and attitude. To create clothing that appeals to people who have a passion for fashion and music, borrowing ideas from iconic times across both genres.
Making it happen: Being the new kid on the block is never easy, particularly when times are tough, but Liam's attention to detail, visionary eye, and dedication to quality have managed to make Pretty Green one of the most highly sought after brands, both in the UK and overseas.
Celebrity crush/fans: Del Piero, Amir Khan, Jason Stratham, Valentino Rossi, Stone Roses, Maurice Greene.
What does New York City mean to you? NYC has given rise to much of the music that has inspired Pretty Green's look, and with Liam soon to make it his second home, it is an integral city for the growth plans of Pretty Green.
